Catherine B Cook

Catherine B. Cook, age 44 of Veedersburg passed away on Sunday, October 28, 2018 at Franciscan Health Crawfordsville from an accident that occurred in Crawfordsville.

She was born in LaGrange, Indiana on February 24, 1974 to Richard F. & Catherine M. (Ferrier) Maiers.  She graduated from Fountain Central High School in 1992.  She married the love of her life and high school sweetheart, Jonathan Wayne Cook Sr. on November 23, 1991.

She worked at CARRS as a case worker and was supervisor at CSI in Crawfordsville for the last 13 years.  She was a very loving and caring person and considered many kids, her adopted children.  She was loving mother, wife and close friend to many.  She will be missed by so many.  She loved to read, watch her husband and sons compete at many ATV off road races, and loved attending all her son’s sporting events.  Most of all, she loved spending time at home with her family.

She is survived by her husband of 26 years, Jonathan Cook Sr. of Veedersburg; her two sons, Jonathan Cook Jr. of Veedersburg and Daniel Cook of Fort Hood, TX; her mother, Catherine M. Maiers of Veedersburg; her mother-in-law, Judy Ann Cook; sister-in-law, Teresa Cook; two brothers, Herb Ferrier and Doug Bowling; and several aunts and uncles.

She was preceded in death by her father, Richard Maiers; father-in-law, Darwin Cook; a brother, Robert Bowling; and grandparents, Herbert & Mary Jane Ferrier, Catherine B. & Lawrence Maiers, and Odessa & Everett Boyd.

Visitation will be at Sanders Funeral Care, 203 S 1st Street in Kingman on Friday, November 2, 2018 from 3:00pm till the time of the funeral service at 6:00pm with Pastor Rich McQuinn officiating.  Cremation will follow the service.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given in Cathy's memory to Team Faith, 321 Reavley Road, Sales Creek, TN 37373.
