Allen Ross

Allen Kim Ross, age 73 of Crawfordsville, went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Wednesday, November 6, 2024. He was born June 16, 1951 to Theodore and Audra (Money) Ross, the youngest of seven children.

Allen graduated from Pittsboro High School in 1969. He married his first wife and had 3 daughters; Stephanie (Tim) Gleason of Crawfordsville, Stacy L. Ross of Indianapolis, and Kimary J. Ross of Louisa, Kentucky. In 1980 he married his soulmate, Sally Ann Synder Golding and joyfully gained another daughter, Stacey Dee Golding and a son, Robert Golding, both of Arizona.

He owned and operated several businesses in the field of construction: Ross and Company Electric in Indianapolis, R&F Underground in Texas, owner and contractor of OTR Truck Driver, and Allen Ross Electric in Arizona.

Allen and Sally moved to Apache Junction, Arizona in 1996 where they lived for 25 years before returning to Indiana.

He is survived by his wife, Sally Ross, 4 daughters, 1 son-in-law, his side kick, Lucy (faithful dog), 12 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren with 1 on the way, and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; 6 siblings; and his bonus son, Robbie Golding.

Cremation was chosen with a Celebration of Life at the Hillsboro Church of the Nazarene,

453 South State Road 341, in Hillsboro on Saturday, November 9, 2024 with food served at 1:00pm, memorial service with Pastor Mike McCollum at 2:00pm followed by a visitation and fellowship until 4:00pm.
