Alvin Keith Willis

August 24, 1955 — January 8, 2016

Mr. Alvin Keith Willis, 60, of Hillsboro joined his Lord and Savior in Heaven on Friday January 8th 2016 surrounded by his family. Keith fought the good fight against cancer before joining his family in Heaven.

He was born August 24, 1955 at Crawfordsville, the son of Thomas Ray Willis and Martha Frances Arnold Willis. Keith graduated from North Montgomery High School and the joined the United States Air force, serving in the late 1970's. When he returned from the service Keith married Paula V. Bell at the Elmdale Community Church on April 25, 1981 and loved and raised his two step children as his own. Keith retired as a pressman three years ago from R.R. Donnelley and Sons at Crawfordsville, In. He was a member of the Hillsboro Church of the Nazarene.

Keith is survived by his wife, Paula Willis of Hillsboro; their children, step son James (Cindy) Potter of New Richmond and step-daughter Lori (Corey) Perigo of Linnsburg,IN. daughters: Lacey (Chris) Todd of Waynetown, In. and Sara (Dustin) Himes of Hillsboro, IN. Brother Tom Willis of Crawfordsville IN. and sister Martha Richardson of Minnesotta. Also several grandchildren, step grandchildren, great grandchildren and step great grandchildren.

Keith was a very private man who liked to keep things simple so at his request he will be cremated and the family will have a private graveside burial of his ashes at Waynetown Masonic Cemetery on Saturday, January 16, 2016
