Andy R Millikan

Andy R. Millikan, age 60, of Kingman passed away Sunday, December 02, 2012 at his residence after a long courageous battle with cancer. He was born October 28, 1952 in Tangier, IN to Gene and Frances (Burch) Millikan.

Andy graduated from Fountain Central High School. He owned and operated Andy's Florist in Kingman and Cayuga Floral for over 26 years before closing due to ill health. He served as Millcreek Township Trustee and was a member of the Indiana Floral Association. Andy loved spending time with his family and playing jokes on his nieces and nephews.

He is survived by his parents, Gene and Frances (Burch) Millikan of Kingman; 3 brothers, Raymond (Linda) Millikan of Terre Haute, Paul (Angie) Millikan of Hillsdale, Jimmy (Jennifer) Millikan of Kingman; brother-in-law,Bill (Connie) Sanders of Kingman; special nephews, David (Mandy) Sanders of West Lafayette and Darrin (Krista) Sanders of Crawfordsville; nephews, Scott, Brody, Dalton, and Josh; nieces, Molly, Morgan, Dayci, Mia, Samantha, and Brandi; great nieces, Sarah, Hannah, Jayda, and Jaia; great nephews, Korbin, Austin, and Caleb; and special friends, Bobby Vice of Danville IL and Michael Robison of Catlin IL.

He was preceded in death by his loving sister, Anita and his grandparents, Vernie & Bell Millikan and Frank & Hattie Burch, and a very special friend and partner Andrew Wilkinson.

Memorials may be made in Andy's memory to the American Cancer Association, American Heart Association, or Indiana HIV Foundation.

Funeral service 1pm Thursday December 6, 2012 at Sanders Funeral Care in Kingman with Associate Pastor Josh Stewart officiating. Burial will follow at Kingman Fraternal Cemetery.
