Tip Huntwork, after a lifetime sharing his genuine kindness, love, faith and family commitment, arrived early (of course) for his Heavenly Tee Time on Sunday, September 22nd, concluding a short battle with advanced lung cancer. In accordance with his wishes, his loving wife, Jan, grateful daughters, Shannon and Stacey, sons-he-never-had Tom and Matt, and adoring grandkids Colby, Grace, Faith, Rachel and Levi will carry on his unwavering support for the often-undeserving Chicago Bears. Tip's mother, Ruth Reed, and sister-in-law, Ann Huntwork, know Tip is meeting his brother, Oscar Huntwork, who has been waiting for him at God's Pro Shop. Tip's specific request that no traditional services be held will be honoured. Anyone wishing to celebrate his life is encouraged to consider heartily cheering on the Bears, raising a toast with an old-fashioned or contributing to Habitat for Humanity in his name
