Cynthia Anne Largent

Mrs. Cynthia Anne "Cindy" Largent, 63, Crawfordsville, passed away Friday, June 24th, at 1:00 AM in the Williamsburg Healthcare. She was born August 8th, 1952, in Crawfordsville, to Billie J. and Dora Lee (Tyree) Larew. She married Charles A. "Charlie" Largent in Crawfordsville on December 29th, 1972. He preceded her in death in 1995.

Cindy was a Homemaker and had worked for 8 years at ATAPCO; was a Head Start Bus Driver for 3 years; was the Elevator Operator at the Ben Hur Building for 3 years; and had also worked at Wal-Mart and the Crawfordsville Auto & Truck Plaza. She was a 1971 Graduate of Crawfordsville High School; was a member of the Eastside Baptist Church; and loved her cats.

She is survived by her step-children: Andy Largent, David Largent, Debbie Hutchinson, and Janey Carey. Also surviving are her sisters: Sandra Lee Norman, Crawfordsville; Gloria Jean (Bob) Nees, Greencastle; her brother: Ernest Larew, Crawfordsville; 9 step-grandchildren; 17 step great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents.

Funeral services are scheduled for Noon Wednesday, June 29th, at Powers-Priebe Funeral Home, with Rev. Dorman Winger officiating. Burial will follow in the Waynetown Masonic Cemetery.
