Cynthia "Cyndi" Jo Seither

Cynthia Jo “Cyndi” Seither, age 66 of Crawfordsville, formerly of Ohio, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday, December 30, 2018. She was born in Dayton, Ohio on July 23, 1952 to the late Kenneth Seither and Delores (Spurgeon) Ellison.

Cyndi graduated from Miamisburg High School in Miamisburg, OH in 1970. Throughout the years she worked as a bookkeeper at Dwight’s Auto Sales, school librarian assistant at Wilson, Hose, Hoover, and Nicholson Elementary Schools, I-Read assistant at Hoover Elementary, worked at Rite-Aid, and was a hobbyist.

Cyndi attended the First Christian Church in Crawfordsville, Indiana.  She enjoyed ceramics, making wreaths, vacation trips and cruises with friends and family, and loving her cats and dogs.

Cyndi is survived by her cousins Susie (Mike) Weliver of Crawfordsville, Elizabeth (Darrell) Haney of West Carrollton, Ohio, Ron (Joy) Lightcap of Cumming, Georgia, Steve Spurgeon of Crawfordsville, Lynn (Chris) Kent of Slidell, Louisiana, Stefanie Smith of Arizona, Austin Spurgeon of Crawfordsville, Connor Spurgeon of Crawfordsville, Pam Dominguez of Chicago, IL, Eric Lightcap of Somerville, Massachusetts; her Cat Caretaker Crew, her Driving Miss Cyndi Crew, and her pets Holly, Georgie, and Tink.

She is proceeded in death by her parents; grandparents; aunts; uncles; 3 Cousins, Dwight Cordell Spurgeon, Pat Spurgeon, and Bev Briggs.

Visitation will be at the First Christian Church, 211 S. Walnut Street in Crawfordsville on Sunday, January 6, 2019 from 3:00pm till the time of the funeral service at 4:00pm with Pastor Darla Goodrich officiating. Burial will take place at Springboro Cemetery in Springboro, Ohio on Monday, January 7, 2019 at 1:00pm.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in her memory to Home of Friendless Animals, 7649 W. 200 S.
