Dannie Lee Crose, age 58, of Montezuma passed away on Friday, May 6, 2016 at Union Hospital in Clinton. He was born in Morehead KY on March 25, 1958 to the late Melvin & Ivory (Sloan) Crose.

Dannie attended Fountain Central High School and married Ramona Jean (Huston) Crose in August of 1989. Throughout the years he worked as a police officer for Kingman Police Department, a correctional officer for the State of Indiana, and was a truck driver for over 25 years. He was a member of the New Beginnings Church, APA (American Poolplayers Association), and the TAPS League. He enjoyed playing pool, hunting, racing, taking long drives, but loved his friends and family most of all, especially his grandchildren.

He leaves behind his wife, Ramona; two sons, Chad (Savannah) Crose and Nathan (Renee) Crose; one daughter, Jennifer (fiance-Joey Presley) Goodman; one brother, Clester "Bill" Crum; one sister, Mary Ellen Sloan; 5 grandchildren, Dixxiie, Serenity, Damien, Annabelle, Angel, one on the way; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; 3 brothers, Charles, Lester, and Ardith; and 2 sisters, Glessie and Faye.

Visitation will be on Monday, May 9, 2016 from 5-8 pm at Sanders Funeral Care, 203 S 1st Street, in Kingman. Funeral will be on Tuesday, May 10, 2016 at 10:00am at the funeral home with Pastor Bob Cruea officiating. Burial will follow at Poplar Grove Cemetery.
