Mrs. Deborah Darlene "Debi" See, 61, Crawfordsville, passed away Saturday, October 1at, at 5:20 PM in the St. Vincent Hospice in Indianapolis. She was born April 29th, 1955, in Lebanon, to Richard Lee and Iva Leona (Wethington) French. She married Thomas Anthony "Tony" See on March 15th, 1994 at Lake Waveland. He survives.

Debi had worked for 27 years for Krogers, last working in the Front End Office. She was a graduate of Southmont High School; attended the Crossroads Community Church of the Nazarene; was a collector of Angels, Crosses, and "Believe" figurines; and in her free time enjoyed going to the Covered Bridge Festival with her husband.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her daughter: Christy Whitaker, Ladoga; son: Rick Hockett, Crawfordsville; step-daughter: Christine Daves, Indianapolis; and step-son: Charles Wafford, Anderson. Also surviving are brothers and sisters: Nancy (Art) Smith, Carmel; Thomas French, Frankfort; Joseph (Letia) French, Kansas; Gerald (Carol) French, Frankfort; Jane (Todd) Huffer, Frankfort; Robert French, Lebanon; John (DeeDee) Messersmith, Texas; James (Tonia) Messersmith, Georgia; Charles(Alice) French, Georgia; Carolyn (Jeff) Davis, Lebanon; Richard (Nancy) French, Georgia; Linda Jones, Lebanon; Brenda Cox, Lebanon; 7 granddaughters; and 35 nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; grandparents; and a niece: Kaylee Warren.

Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 AM Thursday, October 6th, at Powers-Priebe Funeral Home, Crawfordsville. Burial will follow in the Indian Creek Hill Cemetery, New Market. Friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday, October 5th, from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Memorials in lieu of flowers may be sent to: Riley Memorial Association/Riley Children's Hospital, 50 S.
