Donis Dean Boone

Donis Dean Boone, age 86 of Jamestown passed away on Tuesday, October 22, 2019 at Witham Hospital in Lebanon. He was born in Sullivan County Indiana on July 25, 1933 to the late Frank and Pauline (Neal) Boone.

Donis graduated from Pleasantville High School in 1951 and on March 8, 1952, he married the love of his life Ruby Burch in Dugger, Indiana. Donis retired from Crawford Industries in 1995. He is a member of Jamestown Church of Christ and the Bluegrass Miniature Horse Club.

He is surived by his wife, Ruby; a son, Dennis (Tonya) Boone of Pittsboro; two daughters, Donna (Lloyd) Finch of Crawfordsville and Rita (Mark) Newton of Lebanon; a brother, Gary (Elaine) Boone of Linton; a sister, Doris Bedwell of LaPorte; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents and four brothers.

Visitation will be at Sanders Priebe Funeral Care, 315 S. Washington St, Crawfordsville, Indiana on Friday, October 25, 2019 from 12:00 pm till the time of funeral service at 2:00 pm with Mr. David McPhearson officiating.
