Donna Pruett

Mrs. Donna Sue Pruett, 76, Crawfordsville, passed away Sunday, August 11, at 11:19 AM, in the Franciscan St. Elizabeth Crawfordsville Hospital. She was born July 23, 1937, in Crawfordsville, to Jesse and Thelma (Runyon) Howard.

Mrs. Pruett had worked in Retail at J C Penney and was a homemaker. She was a 1955 graduate of Coal Creek High School and a member of the Wingate Christian Church.

She is survived by her daughters: Lisa (John) Miller, West Lafayette; Lori Pruett, Crawfordsville; sons: Steven (Deanna) Pruett, Naples, Florida; David (Linda) Pruett, Crawfordsville; Donald "Whitey" (Dawn) Pruett; and John (Jennifer) Pruett, Crawfordsville. Also surviving are her sisters: Betty (Keith) Light, New Market; Jane (Mike) Armstrong, Crawfordsville; brother: Don (Sheila) Howard, Wingate; 22 grandchildren; 35 great grandchildren; and 1 great great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister: Linda Cope.

Funeral services will be held Friday, August 16, at 10:00 AM, at Powers-Priebe Funeral Home, with Rev. Kurt Flora officiating. Burial will be in the Waynetown Masonic Cemetery.
