Dorothy Rosetta (Wolfe) Lyon

Dorothy Rosetta Lyon, age 84, of Ladoga, passed away on Tuesday, February 23, 2021 at Witham Health Services. Dorothy was born on January 8, 1937 to the late Charles and Bessie (Devers) Wolfe.

She married Bob Wilderman in Danville, IL, he preceded her in death. She later married Danny Ray Lyon on July 23, 1970, he preceded her in death on February 6, 2005. Dorothy enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great-nieces and nephews. She loved playing bingo and cards.

Dorothy is survived her children, Kenny Ray (Pam) Lyon and Marsha (Veronica) Shepherd; 9 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; 4 sisters, Cindy Siefert, Wanda Winegarder, Myrtlebelle Fearthston, and Charlene Coonse; and several nieces and nephews.

Dorothy was preceded in death by her husbands, Bob and Danny; 3 brothers, Tommy, Bill, and John Wolfe; 6 sisters, Genevieve Wolfe, Bessie Mae Anglemyer, Grace Pratt, Marge Yolkus, Mary Wise, and Josephine Wilder; and her mother-in-law Goldie Hensel
Visitation will be at Sanders Priebe Funeral Care, 315 S. Washington Street in Crawfordsville, on Thursday, March 4, 2021 from 12:00 noon until the time of funeral service at 2:00 pm.
