Evon Lenore (Hale) Ward

Evon Lenore (Hale) Ward, age 80 of Kingman and formerly of Winter Haven, Florida, passed away Monday, November 2, 2020. She was born in Winter Haven, Florida to the late Robert “Bob” & Sue Ella (Young) Hale.

Evon graduated from Winter Haven High School in 1957 and was a hairdresser in Winter Haven, Florida for over 50 years. On October 10, 2004, she married Donald Ward, who survives. She was a loving mother and was devoted to her family. She enjoyed going to auctions and antique shopping with Don and enjoyed making jewelry and doing bead work.

She is survived by her husband, Don of Kingman; two sons, Brad (Betsy) Campbell and Romie (Yulien) Campbell; a daughter, Kim Stanley, all of Florida; a brother, Ashley (Frances) Hale; 5 grandchildren; and 4 great grandchildren and one on the way.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a grandson, Larse Stanley.
