Harley "Bo" Wayne Ford

Harley “Bo” Wayne Ford, age 60 of Rockville passed away while holding his wife’s hand at the young age of 60 on March 9, 2018 surrounded by his loving family. He was born in St. Louis Missouri on March 20, 1957 to the late Tilmon Ford and Iva McIntire.

Bo was a man of small stature but had the largest loving heart. He was a jack of all trades, working construction, a contractor and a farmer. He was a hardworking man, that always ensured his family was taking care of first. He always loved being surrounded by his family and will be missed tremendously by them. He loved music and picking on his guitar. He enjoyed NASCAR, Razorback and Indianapolis Colts football, being on the water and fishing, and supported the military in all facets.

On May 28, 1976 he was married to his one and only, beautiful and amazing bride of 40 years, Elva (Garcia) Ford, who survives. He loved her more than life itself and would go to all links to ensure she was always smiling. He was so proud of his three kids and enjoyed life in its fullest when they were home with all his 7 grandchildren. He is also survived by his son, Chris Ford of Florida; two daughters, Erica Ford-Homod of Crawfordsville and Amanda Johns of Arkansas; 7 grandchildren, Dylan, Sierra, Courtney, Leah, Ashley, Hunter, and A.J; two brothers, Ernie (Veta) Ford of Arkansas and William Ford of Florida; four sisters, Sharon (Keith) Whitaker of Avon, Alice (Rodney) Rowe of Kentucky, Ann Ballard of Arkansas and Betty (Alan) Hughes of Danville; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and lots of cousins.

He was preceded in death in by his parents and four brothers, T.J, Danny, Larry, and Teddy Ford.

Visitation will be Monday, March 12, 2018 from 4-7pm with the funeral service at 7pm at Calvary Baptist Church, 128 E 400 S, Crawfordsville. Cremation will follow.
