Harold was a U. S. Navy Veteran, having been stationed at Camp Pendleton, California. He had a 34 year career at R.R. Donnelley & Sons; and was a 20 year volunteer at Culver, Franciscan Hospital of Crawfordsville;

He was a father, husband, and son of noble character, true to his vows to serve his country and provide for his wife and children. Always thinking of others before himself; giving 100% of his abilities. He was a naturally talented artist, historian, and story teller.

Harold would like to let you know his work here is done. He got a call; an offer he couldn't refuse for an appointment from which he will not be returning. An assignment that comes with a bonus; a reunion with family and friends he has not seen in a long time. He left detailed instructions for his family and friends here: to "celebrate" his mission that has been completed here on earth.

A Visitation Time of Rememberance will be held onSunday,January 21st, at Powers-Priebe Funeral Home from 2:00 PM until 5:00 PM.
