Howard Earl Hutson

Mr. Howard Earl Hutson, 69, Crawfordsville, passed away Monday, February 6th, at 7:40 PM in the Franciscan Health of Crawfordsville Hospital. He was born August 1st, 1947, in Bloomingdale, to Harry Edward and Helen Louise (Myers) Hutson. He married Linda Sue Beck in Crawfordsville on October 17th, 1970. She preceded him in death on January 29th, 2014.

Earl retired in 2006 after 33 years with Inland Container and for many years was a Barber, working at the Swinford Barber Shop. He was a 1965 graduate of Crawfordsville High School and a graduate of the Indiana Barber College in Indianapolis. He was a U.S. Air Force Vietnam War Veteran; drove for the Sunshine Van; and in his free time, enjoyed fishing, golfing, and playing cards.

Earl is survived by his Mother of Crawfordsville; his children: Benjamin (Alexandra) Hutson, Ladoga; Misty (Jason) Mennen, Crawfordsville; and Johnna (Billy) Williams, Crawfordsville; Also surviving are his brothers: Harold "Sonny" (Laura) Hutson;, Crawfordsville; Roger (Sandra) Hutson, Crawfordsville; 6 grandchildren; 4 step-grandchildren; and 1 great-grandchild. In addition to his wife, he was preceded in death by his father; and his brother: Gerald Hutson.

Cremation was chosen with a Viewing/Visitation being held on Thursday, February 9th, from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Powers-Priebe Funeral Home.
