James K. Cronk

James K. Cronk, age 67 of Crawfordsville, passed away on February 22, 2025 at Franciscan Health in Lafayette. He was born on July 20, 1957 to the late Carrol and Roslie (Chamnes) Cronk at Clinton Hospital.

Jim was a graduate of Crawfordsville High School, Class of 1975. He previously worked at CSI, Crawford Industries and retired from Banjo in 2022 after 27 years. Jim previously enjoyed spending time outdoors, fishing and mushroom hunting. His best moments were spent playing card games and pool with friends and family.

Jim is survived by his longtime partner, Shelley Jones of Crawfordsville; sister, Sue (Chester) Logston of Crawfordsville; brother, David (Virginia) Cronk of Rosedale; and several nieces and nephews.
