With her house in perfect order, trying not to draw any unnecessary attention to herself, Janice Waugh Huntwork, unexpectedly slipped away in the night to meet her husband, Tip Huntwork, who was already waiting for her at the Heavenly Proshop.While comforted that they are back together, where they were always meant to be, those of us she leaves behind find ourselves staring into the empty chasm that her love, joy and laughter have always filled.Her daughters, Shannon and Stacey, miss the unbreakable, unbendable, neverending orb of deep, unconditional love she has held them in since their birth.Her sons-in-law, Tom and Matt, are so grateful for her open arms and welcoming spirit that pulled them tightly into the family fold and never let go.The joys of her life, her granchildren Rachel, Colby, Grace, Levi and Faith, reveled in her intense excitement to see them or talk to them -every single time they were together - as well as her desire to be with them and enjoy life with them doing everything from ziplining to cooking (which she did NOT enjoy without an assistant grandchild).Her friend, and sister-in-law (but truly closer than sisters), Ann Huntwork, will not forget the late night phone calls, filled with laughter, that lasted for hours and served as balm to their shared loss.Her friends, and she had many, will remember her genuine, kind, open and generous spirit alongside her characteristic (and usually hilarious) self-deprecating humorous tales of her adventures.She was a true child of God and her belief compels us to be assured that her spirit has now been returned to His keeping.Thank you all for your friendship, caring and love for her which were an invaluable part of her life.

The family will have a "Gathering of Remembrance" for Jan and Tip on Sunday, October 22nd, from 1:00 PM until 3:00 PM at Powers-Priebe Funeral Home. In lIeu of flowers, please send donations to the charity of your choice in her name.
