Jan "Porky" Foxworthy

Jan Alan “Porky” Foxworthy, age 63 of Crawfordsville passed away on Friday, September 21, 2018 at home while surrounded by his loving family.  He was born in Crawfordsville on November 27 ,1954 to the late Clifford Ray & Mary Evelyn (Adams) Foxworthy.

Jan graduated from Fountain Central High School in 1972 and he married Lela (Sloan) Craver, they later divorced.  He worked at Lithonia Hi-tech for around 15 years and then at Penguin Random House for 12 years as a forklift operator.  He was a member of the Crawfordville Moose Lodge.  He loved fishing, watching sports, his favorite being Duke Basketball, loved traveling and finding new places to eat, but of most all loved spending time with his family.

He is survived by the love of his life, Kim Harris of Crawfordsville; a son, Kyle (Cheri) Foxworthy; a daughter, Kristy (Jason) Upton, both of West Frankfort, IL; two brothers, Jon (Zina) Foxworthy of Veedersburg and Parris (Renee) Foxworthy of Las Vegas, NV; 7 grandchildren, Michael Upton, Gabrielle Upton, Jakob Upton, Gabe Corzine, Alexandria Corzine, Kylie Foxworthy and Kadin Foxworthy; 2 great grandchildren, Rex and Ava; nieces, Jayme and Renae; nephew, Jacob; and great nieces and nephews, Trey, Zoe, and Kearney.

He was preceded in death by his parents; niece, Michele; and twin infant grandsons.
