Jerry Dale West

Mr. Jerry Dale West, 63, Crawfordsville, passed away peacefully in his home at 2:38 PM on Tuesday, September 19th, 2017. He was born on October 18th, 1953, in Crawfordsville, to Westley Dale and Vera Leona (Moody) West.He married Marcia Sue Davenport in Crawfordsville on January 5th, 2003.She survives.

Jerry was a Self-employed Painter; was educated in the North Montgomery Schools; was a U.S. Army Veteran; and in his free time enjoyed fishing.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughter: Alison Acton of Crawfordsville; his brothers: Melvin (Marge) Dinius, Jr. of Montana; Jack West of Crawforsville; Mike Dinius of Parkersburg; Randy (Christa) Dinius of Waynetown; Robert (Barbara) Dinius of Crawfordsville; his sisters: Sharon Morales of California; Sandy Ditton of Huntington, Indiana; Carna (Alan) Leonard of New York; Judy Baker of Lake Holiday; Deanna Emerson of Crawfordsville; and Lisa Lowell of Crawfordsville.Also surviving is his granddaughter: Raeleigh Adams; and several nieces and nephews.He was preceded in death by his parents; an infant brother: Steven; and his nephew: Tucker Brown.

Funeral Services are scheduled for 4:00 PM Saturday, September 23rd, at Powers-Priebe Funeral Home. Cremation will follow the service. Friends may call at the funeral home on Saturday from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM.
