Juanita Swank

Mrs. Juanita June "Sally" Swank, 89, Oak Hill, Florida, formerly of Crawfordsville, passed away Saturday, September 17, at 6:30 PM at the Ben Hur Nursing Home, Crawfordsville. She was born August 15, 1922 in Champaign, Illinois, to Clarence and Vida (Smith) Todd. She married Eugene E. Swank on July 12, 1940, in Indianapolis, Indiana. He preceded her in death.

Mrs. Swank was a Homemaker; a 1941 graduate of Alamo High School; and enjoyed sewing and crafts.

She is survived by her son: Terry Gene (Valita) Swank, Crawfordsville; daughters: Teresa Lynn (Myron) McAlister, Crawfordsville, and Cheryl Christina (David) Albert, Germanton, North Carolina: daughter-in-law: Monika Swank, Oak Hill, Florida. Also surviving are 7 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; and 3 step great grandchildren. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her son, George L. Swank; brother, William Todd; parents; great grandson, Cameron Eugene Groumoutis.

Family funeral services are scheduled for Thursday, September 22, at the Dudley Funeral Home, Edgewater, Florida. There will not be any local services.
