Judith A. Brown

Mrs. Judith A. Brown, age 79 of Crawfordsville, IN. passed away surrounded by her family on Saturday July 13th at Franciscan St. Elizabeth East, Lafayette, IN following an extended illness.

Judith was born on January 22, 1940 at Milford, CT. the daughter of James and Mabel (nee Briggs) Kelly. She grew up and graduated high school in Milford and then attended Quinnipiac University in Hamden Ct. for one year before she married Ronald Joseph Brown on April 30, 1960. Judith was a devoted wife who dedicated her life to keeping a nice home for her husband and family of four sons.

Judith is survived by her husband Ronald of Crawfordsville, IN and sons, Ronald (wife Judy) of South Elgin, IL, Chris (wife Ann) of Bel Air, MD. and Steve (wife Hollie) of Crawfordsville, IN. Judith will also be missed by her brothers Robert and Kevin (wife Michelle) Kelly of Milford, CT. and her 10 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother James Kelly and son Wayne Brown.

Judith's family has chosen cremation with a public visitation to be held Saturday July 20th from 2:00 PM to 4:00PM at Shoemaker Funeral Home, 202 Bratton Rd., Waynetown, IN.
