Katherine Joan (Smith) Eubanks

Katherine "Kay" Joan (Smith) Eubanks, age 75, of Crawfordsville, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, February 13, 2024 at her home in Crawfordsville. She was born in Crawfordsville on November 12, 1948 to the late Richard H. and Elsie (Schuff) Smith.

Kay graduated from Crawfordsville High School in 1966. She married the love of her life, Charles Thomas Eubanks, he preceded her in death in 2010. Kay worked for various credit card companies in the credit fraud department. She loved to travel, she even lived in various states throughout her life. Kay enjoyed reading especially her Bible. She was a good Christan lady and independent. Kay loved her dog, Riley.

Katherine will be deeply missed by her granddaughters, Kesha (Chris) Wharff and Alesa Gray; a brother, Ray (Shelli) Smith; great-granddaughters, Khloyee and Joscelyn; a niece Callie Phelps; and several friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Tom; and three siblings, Marilyn Barnett, Dorita Phelps, and Richard Smith.
