Lana Grace (Skeens) Hallett

Lana Grace (Skeens) Hallett, age 55 passed away on Friday June 21, 2019 at her home. She was born in Fayetteville, North Carolina at Fort Bragg to the late Paul E. Skeens and Randall Mae (Vicars) Gibson.

Lana grew up in Tennessee, where she attended Central High School before moving to Brazil, Indiana where she attended Brazil High School. April of 2001, she married the love of her life, Robert Hallett in Center Point, Indiana. Lana worked various jobs throughout the years, but her favorite was being a mom.  Lana loved reading, fishing, and spending time with her family.

She is survived by her husband, Robert; her mother, Randall Mae; two sons, Jeffrey Torbert and Caleb Hallett; daughter, Bridget (William) Torbert Franck; four sisters, Paula Conn, Penny Puckett, Sonya Wolf, and Susan McKee; a stepbrother, Rick Gibson; three grandchildren, Kailah Torbert, Kendal Franck, and Kamdyn Franck; several nieces, nephews, and other extended family members.

She is preceded in death by her father, Paul E. Skeens; a sister, Angela Lester; and a stepsister Candy Hager.
