Larry Epperson

Mr. Larry Epperson, 58, New Market, passed away Wednesday, May 8, in his home of natural causes. He was born November 3, 1954, in Crawfordsville, to Leland E. and Dolores A. (Bayless) Epperson.

Mr. Epperson was currently a Webmaster. He had previously worked at RR Donnelleys; was a salesman for Ford Tractor in Lebanon; and was the owner/operator of EPCO, Inc. He attended Crawfordsville High School and graduated in the first graduating class at Southmont High School in 1972. He attended Purdue University; was a member of the Whitesville Christian Church; played in the band at Crawfordsville and Southmont High Schools; was a 10 year 4-H member; was a 4-H Leader for 5 years; and raised purebred Spotted Poland China Swine.

He is survived by his Mother: Dolores A. Epperson, New Market; his sons: Mathew (friend-Sarah) and Samuel Epperson, both of Indianapolis; sisters: Amy (Lyle) Sanders, Crawfordsville; Joni (Doug) Keeling, Crawfordsville; brother: Jerry Epperson, Dothan, Alabama; his former wife: Barbara Wilson, Crawfordsville; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father in 1991.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, May 11, at 6:00 PM in the New Hope Christian Church, with Rev. Jeff Keller officiating. Cremation will follow the funeral services. Friends may call at the church on Saturday, from 2:00 PM until 6:00 PM. Memorials may be made to the : Montgomery County 4-H Building Fund, 400 Parke Ave., Crawfordsville, IN 47933.
