Larry Schick

Mr. Larry Joseph Schick, 54, New Market, passed away in his home Monday morning, July 28th, after an extended illness. He was born June 24, 1960 in Lebanon to Donald J. and Ruth M. (Eldridge) Schick. He married Resa N. Seybold on August 13, 1988, in Crawfordsville. She survives.

Mr. Schick retired early from Raybestos Products, where he had worked for 18 years as a Bonder. He was a 1980 graduate of Western Boone High School and enjoyed NASCAR and go-kart racing.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children: Lindsey (Michael) Albright, Crawfordsville; Darrin Schick, New Market; Tiffany Corser, Thorntown; Leah Schick, Lafayette; and Landon Schick, Rockville. Also surviving is his brother: Darryl (Renna) Schick, Lebanon; 1/2 brother: Gary (Bonnie) Schick, Thorntown; and 8 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents.

Funeral services are scheduled for 10:30 AM Thursday, July 31st, at Powers-Priebe Funeral Home, Crawfordsville, with Rev. David Finch officiating. Burial will follow at the Indian Creek Hill Cemetery, New Market. Friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday, July 30th, from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
