Miss Marcia June Eubank, 55, Crawfordsville, passed away peacefully at her home Saturday, October 3rd, at 6:40 AM. She was born July 26th, 1960, in Crawfordsville to Jerry Roger and Helen Louise (Love) Eubank.
Marcia had worked at the Fuji Photo Lab as a Photo Processor and also had worked at Random House and R.R. Donnelleys. She was a 1978 graduate of Crawfordsville High School and received a BA and a BS Degree from Brigham Young University. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and had served a 2 year Church Mission in Nevada. She enjoyed doing volunteer work, helping for several years with the Crawfordsville Community Thanksgiving Dinner as well as helping the Ladies Auxilliary cook Saturday meals at the American Legion Post #72 and helping with their Christmas and Easter parties. She also was an avid reader and enjoyed knitting and cross stitching.
She is survived by her sisters: Diane Eubank, Indianapolis; Anita Eubank, Crawfordsville; Grace Eubank, Seymour, Indiana; Carol Warren, Newport News, Virginia; Sheila Eubank, Crawfordsville; and a brother: Steven Chandler, Los Angeles, California. She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother: Tom Eubank; and a nephew: Nicholas Eubank.
Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 AM Thursday, October 8th, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 1086 N. 125 W. Oak Hill Road, Crawfordsville, with Bishop Darren Jensen presiding. Burial will follow in the Oak Hill Grant Avenue Cemetery. Friends may call at the Powers-Priebe Funeral Home on Wednesday, October 7th, from 6:00 PM until 8:30 PM.
