Martha Lee (Bowman) Bowman

Martha Lee Bowman, age 73 of Crawfordsville, passed away on Tuesday, May 4, 2021 at St Vincent Indianapolis. She was born on March 8, 1948 to the late Robert Wayne and Helen Winifred (Tripps) Bowman.

Martha attended Lizton and Ladoga Schools. Martha was recently working at Crawford Industries, where she has worked for over 40 years. She also worked at County Market and the Bowling Alley. Many knew Martha as Nena. Martha enjoyed going to the Eagles, working, going on motorcycle rides back in the day, and spending time with her family.

Martha is survived by two sons, Jeff Bowman and Derrick (Melissa) Groumoutis; a daughter, Angela Bowman; three sisters, Jeanie (Harold) Page, Linda Fitzpatrick, and Emma Coffenberry; five grandchildren, Tori Bowman, Megan Welishimer, Trevor, Peyton, and Jordyn Groumoutis; two great-grandchildren, Alex Bowman and Kaine Jones; one great-grandchild on the way; and several nieces and nephews.

Martha was preceded in death by her parents and one grandson, Cameron Groumoutis.
