Mrs. Martha M. Fults, 92, Crawfordsville, passed away Thursday, January 1st, at 1:50 AM in Wellbrooke of Crawfordsville. She was born April 18th, 1922, in Henderson, Kentucky, to Noah G. and Josephine (Crawford) Todd. She married J. Keith Fults on November 22nd, 1945, in Indianapolis. He preceded her in death in 1991.
Mrs. Fults had been a Farming Wife and also had worked at Indianapolis Tent and Awning and in the cafeteria at Pike High School, Indianapolis. She was a graduate of Washington High School in Indianapolis and a member of the Calvary Baptist Church, Crawfordsville. She enjoyed gardening, reading, and doing crossword puzzles.
She is survived by her sons: George Keith (Nancy) Fults, Indianapolis; James (Susan) Fults, Crawfordsville; and Ronald Lee Fults, Danville, Indiana. Also surviving are 12 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her sister: 3 brothers; and 2 grandchildren.
Funeral services are scheduled for Noon on Saturday, January 3rd, at the Calvary Baptist Church, 128 E. 400 S., Crawfordsville, with Pastor Randall Glenn officiating. Friends may call at the church on Saturday from 10:00 AM until Noon. A graveside service will follow at 3:00 PM in the Bethel Cemetery, 5252 W. 52nd St., Indianapolis. Powers-Priebe Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements. Memorials may be made to: Calvary Baptist Church.
