Mary Ann Kunkle

Mrs. Mary Ann Kunkle, age 78, of rural Kingman, In. passed away at 3:58 AM Sunday November 25th 2012 at the Franciscan St. Elizabeth Hospital in Crawfordsville, In.
Born in Crawfordsville, In. on December 17, 1933 she was the daughter of William and Lena Harper Weeks. She graduated from Wallace High School and married Carroll "Mike" Kunkle March 23, 1952. She worked as a legal secretary for the Law firm of Houston & Houston and then for Henthorn, Harris & Weliever before retirement.
Her memberships included Phanuel Lutheran Church, Wallace, In.; the Ladies Aid Society, Jackson Township Home Demonstration Club and the Red Hat Ladies. She served for many years as Treasuer of the Wallace Lutheran Cemetery.
She is survived by her son Mike Kunkle of Kingman, In.; Daughter Melissa Dickerson of Roanoke, Va.
3 grandchildren: Ryan Kunkle of Kingman,IN. Eli Dickerson and Salina Dickerson of Roanoke, Va.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband.
Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 am Wednesday November 28th at the funeral home officated by Rev. Lowell Anderson. Burial will follow in the Wallace Lutheran Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 4:00pm to 8:00 pm on Tuesday at the funeral home. Those who wish to may make memorial donations to the Home for Friendless Animals, P.O. Box 217, Waynetown, In. 47990 or to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 22718 Oklahoma City, OK. 73123-1718
