Mary Helen Redmon

Mrs.Mary Helen Redmon, age 88, of Crawfordsville, In. passed away at Wellbrooke of Crawfordsville, on Tuesday February 9, 2016 in the company of her family.

Mary was born on May 5, 1927 at Crawfordsville, IN. the daughter of Clarence and Maude (nee: Cason) Lowe and attended the Crawfordsville, schools. She married Walter Redmon Sr. on June 5, 1946 and they later divorced. Mary retired from R.R. Donnelley & Sons of Crawfordsville, where she worked in the janotorial division and was a member of the retired Donnelley Club, the New Hope Chaple Church of Wingate and the Waynetown American Legion Auxillary.

Mary is survived by her children: James (Vicky) Redmon of Mill Hall, PA.; Connie (Steve) Stemick of Maineville, OH.; Sharon (Dave) Zimmerman of Wingate, IN. Karon (Allen) Gooding of Kingman, In. Daughter-in-law: Judy Redmon of Crawfordsville, In. Brothers: Emery Lowe of Darlingtonk IN.; Sam Lowe of Veedersburg, IN. Sisters; Patsy Gleason, Jean Smith and Wanda Shelly of Crawfordsville,IN. She also has 9 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. Mary was preceded in death by her former husband her son Walter Redmon Jr and 8 siblings.

Funerals services for Mary will be held at 1:00pm Saturday February 13 th at Shoemaker Fuenral Home, 202 Bratton Rd., Waynetown In. with Dave Zimmerman officiating. Burial will follow in the Waynetown Masonic Cemetery. The family will recieve guest from 11 am Saturday until the services begin.
