Nancy Fairfield

Mrs. Nancy Jane Fairfield, 75, Crawfordsville, passed away Wednesday, December 4, at 2:55 AM, in the Ben Hur Nursing Home. She was born July 9, 1938, in Montgomery County, to Frank and Jane (Clouser) Nicholson. She first married Kenneth Brock and they later divorced. She then married Odie Fairfield. Both husbands preceded her in death.

Mrs. Fairfield was a Homemaker and had been a member of the Moose Lodge; American Legion Auxilliary; the Eagles Lodge; and was a high school graduate in Montgomery County.

She is survived by her children: Kevin (Kelly) Brock, Crawfordsville; sons: Boyd, Michael, and Richard; daughters: Tammi and Kimmy; sisters: Donna (Cliff) Brock; Sandy (Earl) Staggs; and Ruth Nine, all of Crawfordsville; brothers: Keith Nicholson, David Nicholson, and Lee Nicholson, all of Florida. Also surviving are her granddaughters: Jill Stanton, Ashley Brock, Nikki McIntyre, Alex Brock, and Sydney Brock; and 7 great grandchildren. In addition to her husbands, she was preceded in death by her son: Phillip Eric Brock; brothers: Charles, John, Lynn, Rick, and Jimmy Nicholson; and sister: Kathleen Nicholson.

Cremation was selected. The family will greet friends during a visitation being held on Friday, December 6, from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM, at Powers-Priebe Funeral Home. A family memorial and committal
