Nancy Eva Lewis

Mrs. Nancy (Flock) Lewis, 78, of Crawfordsville, passed away at 5:05 AM March 31st, 2015, at St. Mary Healthcare, Lafayette. She was born March 20th, 1937, in Bloomingdale, Indiana, to Carson and Flora (Trimble) Flock. She married Dave Lewis on June 15th, 1957, in the Bloomingdale Friends Church. He survives.

Mrs. Lewis was a 1955 graduate of Bloomingdale High School; had worked at Hook's Drugs, for John Servies Insurance; and Drs. Pickerill and Marri's offices. She was an avid Bingo player; very much loved her family and friends; and enjoyed doing interior decorating. She was also a member of the Yountsville Community Church.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her 2 sons: Russ Lewis, Dallas, Texas; and Ryan Lewis, Crawfordsvile. Also surviving are 2 grandsons: Kyle and Carson Lewis, both of Crawfordsville; sisters: Patty Leonard, Littleton, Colorado; Mary Lou Harmon, Rockville; Martha Cornelison, Terre Haute; brother: David Flock, Stanton, California; brother-in-law: Mel Teague, Rockville; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; 4 brothers: Charlie, Bob, Tom, and John Flock; 2 sisters: Suemma Finan; and Sarijane Teague.

Friends are welcome to attend a Graveside Service on Friday, April 3rd, at 11:00 AM in the Bloomingdale Cemetery, with Rev. Isaac Zull officiating. Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 2nd, from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Powers-Priebe Funeral Home.
