Naomi L. Booher, 78, Crawfordsville, passed away at 7:08 AM at the Brownsburg Meadows Healthcare on Monday, July 26. She was born Nov. 12, 1931 in Bloomingdale, IN, to John R. & Lucille (Bowen) Coffin. She married Ivan P. Booher, Feb. 25, 1950, in Booneville, IN. He preceeded her in death Sept. 26, 1996.
She had been a Pharmacy Tech at the Hooks West Drugs in Crawfordsville; had been the manager of the Sewing Connection, Crawfordsville; worked in the cafeteria at Tuttle Middle School; 1949 graduate of Bloomingdale High School; 4-H Leader; Wabash Ave. Presbyterian Church, where she was a deacon; Crawfordsville Chapter of the American Sewing Guild; Charter member and past president of the Sugar Creek Quilt Guild (Sugar Creek Quilters).
Survived by 3 sons: Rodger(Romona)Booher, Forchheim, Germany; Mel(Gail)Booher, Lyman, SC; DanBooher, Pleasant Lake, IN: 2 daughters: Pat(Glen)Guiney, Indianapolis; Anne(David)Chesney, Waynetown: 1 sister; Mary Ruth Cravens, Casselberry, FL: 7 grndchildren and 4 great grandchildren. She was also preceeded in death by a son, Les Booher, her parents and sister, Donna Lou Chapman.
