Naomi Rhoads Minnick

Naomi (Dusty) Idell Rhoads Minnick, 84, formerly of Crawfordsville, passed away peacefully on Friday, July 15, at 5:45 PM at the Sky Ridge Medical Center, Denver, Colorado. She was born July 9, 1927, in the Crawfordsville area to Murie and Anna G. (Sheridian) Rhoads. She married Simon Minick in April 1947 in Stone Bluff. They later divorced.

Mrs. Minnick had worked for several restaurants and later worked at Culver Hospital as a housekeeper and several nursing homes in Denver. She was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene, Crawfordsville, and attended Crawfordsville schools.

She is survived by 3 daughters: Wanda (Larry) Ammerman and Anna Jane Minick, both of Crawfordsville, and Wendy Peters, Denver, Colorado. Also surviving are 4 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents: brothers; Harry M. and Harold F. Rhoads: a grandson, Larry Lee Ammerman.
