Pansy Helen Duncan

Pansy Helen (Hawes) Duncan, age 90, of Kingman died at 4:40 pm on Monday, June 8, 2015 at home. She was born in Suffolk County, England on May 21, 1925 to the late Arthur and Annie (Stringer) Hawes. In 1944 in England she married the love of her life, Jack Duncan, who preceded her in death in 1992.

Pansy was a homemaker, wife and mother who enjoyed gardening, sewing, knitting, and spending time with her family. She is survived by two sons, Gerald (Jayne) Duncan of PA and Jack (Ruth) Duncan of TX; one sister, Nancy Hillen of Bloomington IN; 5 grandchildren, Mike (Tina) Duncan, Matt (Christy) Duncan, Lynn Duncan, Tony Jacobs, and Jason (Calie) Jacobs; 11 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Jack; her daughter, Gwen; an infant son, Arthur; and two grandsons, Richard and Randy.

Visitation will be held Friday at Carson/Boyer Funeral Home, Inc, 724 W. Main St. Rural Valley, PA. from 9:30 - 11:30 AM. Funeral Services will immediately follow with Pastor Kal Henry officiating.
