Patricia Utterback

Patricia Lee (Baker) Utterback, 92, passed away peacefully on December 13, 2024, in Greenwood, Indiana. She was born on April 9, 1932, in Ladoga, Indiana.

Patricia was preceded in death by her beloved husband, John Utterback Jr., and her daughter, Debbie. She is survived by her son, John Utterback III, and her daughter, Tricia Utterback Apel, along with extended family and many dear friends.

Known for her infectious laugh and sharp sense of humor, Patricia brought joy and warmth to every gathering. She cherished time spent with family and friends, whether it was around the card table playing bridge and euchre or sharing stories and laughter. An accomplished seamstress and quilter, Patricia created beautiful works of art with her hands. She was also an avid tennis player and once ran a catering business with her close friends, combining her love for food and community.

Patricia had a passion for antiques and an extraordinary eye for decorating, transforming spaces into showcases of history and beauty. Her knack for creating a welcoming home was admired by all who knew her.

A woman of faith, Patricia attended East 91st Street Christian Church in Indianapolis, where she found fellowship and spiritual growth.

Services to honor Patricia's life will be held on Wednesday, December 18, 2024 at Sanders Funeral Care, 315 S Washington Street in Crawfordsville, Indiana.
