Patrick Lee Spears

Patrick Lee Spears, age 54 of Crawfordsville, passed away on Saturday, May 29, 2021 at home while surrounded by his loved ones. He was born in Lafayette on January 14, 1967 to the late Alfred & Shirley (Dieryck) Spears-Taylor.

Patrick graduated from North Montgomery High School in 1985. He worked as a tree trimmer for Asplundh Tree Service. He loved fishing, motorcycles, anything outdoors, and he liked his social cocktails and gambling. He definitely had a personality, was one of a kind, and was always right.

He will be missed by his son, Jacob (Cassi Cogdill) Spears; his daughter, Ashley (Dan Ackerman) Clark; his companion, Marcia West; one brother, John Spears; two sisters, Vickie Clawson and Rebecca (Rick) Penter; four grandchildren, Arianna, McKennah, Raleigh, Maverick; a grand dog, Shade; several nieces, nephews, and cousins; many friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, Mike Spears.

Visitation will be at Sanders Priebe Funeral Care, 315 S Washington St, in Crawfordsville on Thursday, June 3, 2021 from 5:00pm till the time of the service at 7:00pm. Cremation will follow the service. Share memories and condolences online at www.sandersfuneralcare.com
