Mrs Phyllis Marie Hiller, 72, Crawfordsville, passed away in the Franciscan St. Elizabeth Crawfordsville Hospital Monday, March 6th, at 9:09 PM. She was born October 15th, 1944, in Indianapolis, to Rev. Charles R. and Mildred (Wolcott) Query. She married Gary Wayne Hiller at Glens Valley (Indianapolis) on December 3rd, 1966. He survives.

Phyllis was a Homemaker and worked in the Circulation Department of the Crawfordsville Public Library from 1980 until her retirement in 1996. She was a 1962 Graduate of Booneville, Indiana, High School and attended Indiana State University. Her memberships included the Mt. Zion United Methodist Church and the church Home Economics Club. In her free time, she enjoyed reading; sending all occasions cards to her friends; collecting recipes; and collecting post cards of her families' travels.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her sons: Dwight D. Hiller of Crawfordsville; and Scott A. Hiller of Burgin, Kentucky. Also surviving is her sister: Miriam Boling of Canton, Georgia; her brother: David Query of Dayton, Ohio; and her granddaughter: Morgan L. Hiller. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Funeral Services are scheduled for 11:00 AM Saturday, March 11th, at Powers-Priebe Funeral Home, with Rev. Marvin Cheek officiating. Burial will follow in the Oak Hill North Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday, March 10th, from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
