Mrs. Phyllis Diann Radcliff, 75, Crawfordsville, passed away peacefully Monday, January 4th, at Noon, in the Ben Hur Health and Rehabilitation Center. She was born July 11th, 1940, in Ladoga, to William E. and Helen (Griggs) Morris. She married Clarence Ray Radcliff on November 30th, 1958, in the Wabash College Chapel. He survives.
Phyllis was a Homemaker most of her life; was a 1958 graduate of Ladoga High; a member of the First Baptist Church of Crawfordsville; and enjoyed knitting, crocheting, was a self-taught piano player, and later in life wrote several short stories, some of which were published.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her daughters: Lynda Radcliff, Indianapolis; Brenda (Chris) Barnes, Myrtle Beach, South Carolina; sons: William (Shelley) Radcliff, Crawfordsville; Randal (Lori) Radcliff, Crawfordsville; Richard (Katherine) Radcliff, Westfield, Indiana; grandchildren: Erin, Jeffrey, Rebekah, Trey, Andrew, Levi, Kelley, Tucker, Aniah; great-grandchldren: Rylan, Reyde, Kamryn, Kearston, and Jocelyn. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 AM Saturday, January 9th, at the First Baptist Church, 1905 Lebanon Rd, Crawfordsville, with Pastor Isaac Zull officiating. Burial will follow in the Oak Hill North Cemetery. Friends may call at the church on Friday, January 8th, from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
