Roger Miles

Mr. Roger Allen Miles, 55, Crawfordsville, passed away in the Franciscan St. Elizabeth Crawfordsville Hospital on Monday, October 6th, at 6:21 PM. He was born February 16th, 1959, in Crawfordsville, to Donald Ray and Ellen Jeanette (Keller) Miles. He married Cathy P. Norton on April 8th, 1977, in Crawfordsville. She survives.

Roger was currently working as a Machinist at RR Donnelleys and had worked there for 35 years. He was a 1977 graduate of Crawfordsville High School and attended IVY Tech. He was a member of the First Baptist Church, Crawfordsville; a member of the Donnelley Club; and enjoyed hunting and fishing.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his Mother of Crawfordsville; his daughter: Teresa Miles, Crawfordsville; his son: Dustin (Susie) Miles, North Salem; his sister: Robin (Kevin) Frees, Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina; and grandchildren: Skylene, Rylan, and Huntyr Miles. He was preceded in death by his father and grandparents.

Funeral services are scheduled for 7:00 PM Friday, October 10th, at Powers-Priebe Funeral Home, with Rev. Michael Whitaker officiating. Cremation will follow funeral services.
