Ronald Eugene Brown

Mr. Ronald Eugene Brown, 72, Darlington, passed away peacefully in his home Tuesday evening, July 4th, 2017.He was born July 1st, 1945, in Crawfordsville, to Robert Lloyd and Mary Kathryn (Endicott) Brown.He married Helen Joan Dowden in Wingate on April 11th, 1965.She survives.

Ronald was retired from Pace Dairy, where he last worked in the Warehouse.He also farmed and had worked at Coast To Coast before its closing.He was a 1963 graduate of Linden High School; a member of the Darlington Conservation Club; a member of the Sugar Creek Coon Hunters Club; and in his free time, enjoyed hunting, fishing, going to auctions, and working with his horses.

In addition to his wife, his is survived by his daughter: Melissa (John) Wilcox, Darlington; his sons: Jeffrey (Amy) Brown, Crawfordsville; and James "Jamie" Brown, Indianapolis.Also surviving are his grandchildren: Nicole (Clint) Chase; Cody Wilcox; Amanda (Nick) Riddell; and Kayla Brown.He was preceded in death by his parents.

Cremation was chosen with a "Celebration of Life Service" being held by the family at a later date.
