Miss Sara Elizabeth Raley, 32, passed from this earth to heaven on Wednesday, August 20, 2014 while at St Vincent Hospice in Indianapolis, IN.

She was the first child born to Paul "Tony" & Mary Wagner Raley on Monday, July 26, 1982 in Crawfordsville, IN, both survive.

Sara was the big sister of Kyle Raley & Brooke Raley, then in Feb 2008, Michelle Manago was added as a sister, when she married Kyle. Sara's nephew, Joey & niece, Ellie Raley lovingly called her "Aunt Sissy". She was also the granddaughter of Maxine Raley. They all live in Crawfordsville.

Sara will also be missed by best friends Peggy & Brad Grayson of New Market.

Sara was loved & will be missed by Aunts, Uncles, cousins & friends.

She goes to meet her grandparents Frank & Georgia Wagner, along with Paul "Bud" Raley in Heaven.

Sara's passion was to help others. She was a family preservation advocate for Family Interventions in Crawfordsville and had previously worked at both Krogers in Crawfordsville.

Sara was a 2000 graduate of Crawfordsville High School, attended Ivy Tech & in 2007 graduated from IUPUI in Indianapolis with an IU Bachelors Degree in Social Work.

Sara was always understanding & tried to find the good in everyone. She was very strong in her faith, sharing it with many, even in her last days said "I want people to know that Jesus is real."

She is a member of the Church of God & attended the Grace Family Church Church of God in Crawfordsville. She was active with Celebrate Recovery in Crawfordsville & with various pancreatitis groups on Facebook.

Sara loved spending time with her family & her "fur babies", Gus & Simba. She was also an amazing artist who loved to write poems, drawl, paint & make various crafts.

A Celebration of Sara's life will be led by Rev Kyle Raley, assisted by Rev Harvey Lange on Monday, August 25th at 2:00 pm at Powers-Priebe Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Oak Hill North Cemetery.

Friends may visit on Sunday, Aug 24th from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm at the funeral home.
