Scott Andrew Kiger

Scott Andrew “Butch” Kiger, age 50 of Kingman, passed away on Sunday, October 11, 2020 at St Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis. He was born in Clinton, Indiana on September 20, 1970 to the late Clifford Richard & Mary Ann (Hutson) Kiger.

Butch graduated from Covington High School and worked for several different farmers. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, mushrooming, and working around horses. He was handy and could work on anything.

He is survived by two brothers, Tony & Mike Kiger; three sisters, Carmen (David) Long, Sheila Kiger, and Robin (David) Schutz; and special friends, Gabe (Dana) Pearman, Marilyn Whittington; Jory Whittington; Rex & Max Whittington; Laura (Jesse) Miser, Jocie Miser, Chance Whittington; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Randy Kiger; and a sister, Jill Ellingwood.

Visitation will be at Sanders Funeral Care, 203 S 1st Street in Kingman on Saturday, October 17, 2020 from 11:00am till the time of the service 1:00pm with Pastor Dusty Woodrow officiating. The service will be live-streamed and recorded and can be viewed on Butch’s obituary page at www.sandersfuneralcare.com. Burial will follow at Coal Creek Cemetery.
