Scott Paul Newkirk

Scott Paul Newkirk, age 35, passed away on September 5, 2024 after a car accident. He was born on May 10, 1989 in Crawfordsville to Ryan Brown and Jacqueline Newkirk. He married Danielle Barrientos on September 19, 2015.

Scott graduated from Crawfordsville High School in 2007. He worked as an operator for Lakeside Book Company for 13 years. He was a member of the New Richmond Masonic Lodge. Scott enjoyed taking family vacations to the beach, especially in Florida. He also loved riding motorcycles and playing soccer.

Scott is survived by his wife, Danielle; four children, Owen, Ryder, Creed and Paisley Newkirk; parents, Ryan (Anita) Brown and Jacqueline Price; grandmother, Janet Brown; and siblings, JD (Joann) Potter, Audriana Potter, Blake Price and Riley Brown.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 10, 2024 from 5-7pm at Sanders Funeral Care, 315 S Washington Street in Crawfordsville. Cremation will follow the visitation.
