Todd William Flower

Todd William Flower passed away at home on Wednesday, March 29, 2023. He was born on September 4, 1965 in Grand Rapids, MN to William and Patricia Flower. He was a graduate of Silver Creek High School of San Jose, CA. Todd served with the Army National Guard. He married Roxanne Halsey on August 24, 1995 in California.
Todd was a member of the Red Lake Reservation Tribe in Minnesota along with several other aunts, uncles and cousins. He was a member of the American Legion in Crawfordsville and previously in Brownsburg. Todd enjoyed riding his Harley and deer hunting.
Todd is survived by his wife, Roxanne; mother, Patricia; 3 sons, Joseph Hissem (Chelsea), Jeremy Halsey, Matthew Flower (Meghan); 7 grandchildren, Daniel, Colton, Caleb, Madison, Lucas, Lionel, Emelyn ; a brother, Troy Flower; a sister-in-law, Michelle Flores; 2 nephews, Robert Flower and David Flower; along with extended family in Minnesota. He was predeceased by his father, Bill, and a brother, Trent Flower.
