Tom Shannon

Mr. Tom Shannon, 67, Crawfordsville, passed away at 7:00 AM on November 1st, 2016 at Mercy Hospital in Chicago, Illinois. He was born on September 23rd, 1949 to Thomas and Mildred Shannon.

Tom was employed as an "over the road truck driver" most of his life where he met his soul mate, Portia. They were married October 27th, 1997. Upon his marriage to Portia he gained 2 daughters: Theresa and Pamela. In addition he became "grandpa" to Ashley, Lawrence, Richie, Daniel, Darren, Corinne, and Billy; great-grandfather to: Macayla, Colin, Reagan, Laekyn, Landon, Arabella, Genesis, Gavin, and Elena.

Per his request cremation was chosen with a Memorial Service being held at 4:00 PM Saturday, November 5th, at Powers-Priebe Funeral Home
