Vickie Kay Bell

Vickie Kay Bell, age 62 of Crawfordsville, passed away at St. Francis Hospital in Greenwood on Thursday, April 5, 2018. Vickie was born in Lafayette, Indiana on May 8, 1955 to William & Ruth (Loy) Mosier.

Vickie graduated from Lafayette Jeff High School in 1973 and earned her dual bachelors degree's in Business and Human Resources Management. On June 25, 1988 she married the love of her life, Ronald Bell, who survives. She enjoyed camping, fishing, working in her flower gardens, crafting primitives with Ron, boating on the lake, mushroom hunting, attending the Covered Bridge and local festivals, judging pageants, helping her daughters with the Strawberry Festival Queen Contest, attending the county 4-H Fair, volunteering and mentoring, but most of all spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband, Ron Bell, of Crawfordsville; her mother, Ruth Mosier-Jordan of Lafayette; two daughters, Jessica (Tom) McClamroch of Crawfordsville and Lora (Travis Moore) Clore of Carmel; three brothers, Douglas Mosier of Peru, Lem (Peggy Richie) Mosier of Delphi, and Bobby (Deb) Jordan of Brookston; two grandchildren, Easton McClamroch & Kinley Clore; 12 nieces and nephews; three sisters-in-law, Carolyn (the late Gail) Sarjent of Lafayette, Connie (Rich) Cash of Brookston, and Patti (Tim) Oldfather of Indianapolis.

Vickie was preceded in death by her father, William Mosier; step-father, Robert P Jordan; sister, Vonda Mosier; and her father and mother in-law, Lester & Margaret Bell.

Visitations will be at Sanders Priebe Funeral Care (formerly Powers Priebe Funeral Home) 315 S Washington St. in Crawfordsville on Friday, April 13, 2018 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and Saturday, April 14, 2018 from 12:00pm till the time of the funeral service at 1:00pm with Rev. Mike Whitacre officiating. Burial will follow at Waynetown Masonic Cemetery.
