Wayne Allen Diffenderfer

Wayne Allen Diffenderfer Sr “Papa Bear”, age 56, formerly of Danville, IL and current resident of Clinton IN, passed away peacefully at 12:40pm on December 2, 2020 at Union Hospital in Terre Haute. He was born in Danville, IL on June 6, 1964 to Josephine Marie Diffenderfer.

He attended Danville High School and throughout the years worked in security and janitorial services. He was a man that loved his kids and grandchildren to a million pieces and loved the outdoors and nature and enjoyed fishing and hunting.

He is survived by his three children, Wayne Allen Diffenderfer Jr (Amanda Wade) of Georgetown IL, Jamie Diffenderfer (Buddy McCollum) of Kingman IN, and Robert (Ryan) Diffenderfer of Hoopeston, IL; and 5 grandchildren, Cortney, Robert, Sora, Emerson and Layla.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Josephine Marie Diffenderfer; and 2 infant brothers.

Visitation will be at Sanders Funeral Care, 203 S 1st Street, in Kingman on Sunday, December 6, 2020 from 2:00pm till the time of the Celebration of Life Service at 4:00pm. Cremation will follow the service.
