William Bryant

Mr. Billy Wayne (Foye) Bryant, 57, Waynetown, passed away in his home on Monday, June 30th, after an 11 month battle with illnesses. He was born October 26, 1956, in Lafayette, to David W. and Fern (Redden) Foye. He married Cheryl Ann Davis on June 10, 2000 in Crawfordsville. She survives.

Billy worked at Tactical Supply in Crawfordsville, and previously had worked at the New York Shoe Shop. He was a graduate of Bedford Heights, Ohio, High School and attended Ivy Tech for metal fabrication. He was a member of the Waynetown Christian Church and the Crawfordsville Gun Club.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children: Amanda Renae Bryant, Darlington and Paul David Bryant, Crawfordsville. Also surviving is his mother: Fern Foye; his step-mother: Nancy (Ellis) Foye, Tennessee; his brothers: Robert (Denise) Foye and Brian Foye, both of Tennessee; Bradley (Bo) Foye, Florida; Bruce (Lisa) Foye, Ohio; sisters: Betty (Ray) Melilli, Ohio; Karla (Arthur) Joyce, New Market; and Barbara Foye Williams, Nevada. He was preceded in death by his father; his grandparents: Bill and Lucille Redden and Wayne and Bernetta Foye; and his sister: Dawn Leslie.

Funeral services are scheduled for 10:00 AM Friday, July 4, at the Waynetown Christian Church, 101 W. Walnut St., Waynetown, with Rev. Chris Lawler officiating, with cremation to follow services. Friends may call at Powers-Priebe Funeral Home, Crawfordsville, on Thursday, July 3, from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM
